this is wierd.. i just got 2 lightning strikes... removed one then tried again and ti didnt work

Yep, I was having a similar problem the other day, iy just happens, and I can't reproduce it... very wierd...

I was hoping to get on 2 dmging skills by removing it but it didnt work

It's a known glitch. Only happens in towns when you're replacing skills.

so i can get like 2 of the same skilsl including elites if i replace a skill?

Its only a graphical glitch in towns.

It just "covers up" the skill icon of another skill with that ones icon.

Once you leave town it'll all be normal.

It does happen once in a while, like they said it's just a graphic glitch, and if you actually go out of town, it'll go back to being normal.
